About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd in Yeovil. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for managing a team of tax accountants and providing technical expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of tax accountants to deliver high-quality tax services to clients.
- Review and complete tax returns and accounts for clients.
- Develop and implement tax return processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide tax advisory services to clients, including tax planning and compliance.
- Collaborate with partners to provide technical support on taxation matters.
- Assist with tax planning projects and develop self-sufficient tax planning expertise.
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification.
- Significant tax experience, ideally with CTA.
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of tax accountants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
