This role is a pivotal part of a large-scale financial improvement project, which includes frequent liaising with the Deputy Director of Finance and the main responsibilities include:

\u2022 Documenting financial processes and creating manuals for how current finance processes are carried out.
\u2022 Presenting findings to the Assistant Director of Finance and making recommendations for improvements.
\u2022 Working alongside the Assistant Director of Finance to implement the new and improved ways of working in finance.
\u2022 Additional transactional level duties during busier times.

This is a genuine career enhancing position that will allow the successful candidate to make real change within the organisation. The organisation is a London based and offers a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days working from home.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering high qualities of transactional level duties, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to explain complex processes to those that may not fully understand said processes.
