We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Rowan Park Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and dignity are respected.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
- Support daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Create a warm and engaging atmosphere, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure effective care delivery and a positive resident experience.
- SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant or in a related field.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to resident-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50.
- Part-time or full-time contracts available.
- Pension scheme and 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata).
- Paid DBS check and uniform provided.
- Onsite parking and a supportive work environment.
