Mortgage Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Open Financial Services. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice on mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the mortgage process, explaining different types of mortgages and offering suitable products to match their needs.
  • Assess clients' financial circumstances, including monthly expenditures, to determine the best mortgage options.
  • Explain repayments and mortgage protection to ensure clients make informed decisions.
  • Provide general advice on the home-buying process, giving clients confidence at every step.
  • Liaise with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and other key players in the home-buying process.
Requirements:
  • Part CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) or in the process of becoming qualified, with a strong sales background.
  • A passionate, self-motivated professional who thrives in a team environment.
  • A natural communicator with superb interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and explaining financial products clearly to clients.
  • Target-driven and success-oriented, always striving to exceed expectations.
  • Confident with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
