Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to residents, following their individual care plans and promoting their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in leisure and social activities, promoting residents' engagement and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring open and respectful dialogue.
