As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate with and motivate your team to prioritize exceptional inventory processing, stockroom management, and meet performance benchmarks. Each day will be dynamic and demanding, yet ultimately fulfilling. Your ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team is essential for your success in this role. We are committed to supporting your professional growth from the outset.
Role Overview:
The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. All team members are expected to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent inventory processing and stockroom organization in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment while achieving performance goals.
- Take a proactive approach to all operational tasks, assisting the sales floor and management team as necessary.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop your team to excel in their roles.
- Ensure the efficient operation of stockroom processes by continuously improving practices and addressing challenges to maintain high standards.
- Strive to ensure that our well-presented stock is readily available to customers.
- Lead by example and embody the Company values consistently.
Candidate Profile:

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate their right to work eligibility in the UK prior to starting employment. This position typically does not qualify for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office requirements.
