Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting cleaning operations throughout all areas of the property, including entrances and storage facilities.
  • Participating in daily meetings with management to discuss any concerns or updates.
  • Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, including access control systems.
  • Executing thorough cleaning assignments to keep the premises tidy and free of litter.
  • Utilizing various cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, effectively.
  • Overseeing contractors to ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
  • Carrying out basic repair tasks, including painting and decorating as required.
  • Responding promptly to emergencies such as leaks or fire incidents.
  • Keeping accurate records, including utility meter readings.

We seek an enthusiastic and approachable individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is willing to assist wherever necessary. Proficient administrative and computer skills are also important to maintain accurate records.

Working Hours: 21 to 28 hours per week
