The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team. As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their choices, wellbeing, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support and care to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals to make informed choices and decisions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
