About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the Arnold Clark Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels.
  • Process and manage customer bookings, including placing and amending reservations.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Process payments and manage banking transactions.
  • Utilize multiple booking platforms to efficiently manage customer bookings.
  • Regularly update our systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
