Facilities Management Supervisor - Midlands

As a pivotal member of Babcock International Group, the Facilities Management Supervisor for the Midlands region will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective provision of facilities management services and overseeing minor projects within the Regional Cluster.

This position entails the management of FM service delivery teams and subcontractors, ensuring that properties and services across multiple sites are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage FM service delivery teams
  • Develop and implement Business Continuity strategies
  • Ensure adherence to best practice standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Qualifications:

  • Experience in Hard or Soft FM service delivery
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks
  • NVQ Level 3 in Leadership and Management
  • NEBOSH General Health and Safety Certificate
  • IWFM qualification or equivalent
