We are working with a well-established healthcare organization, IO Associates, that provides high-quality care services. They specialize in supporting adults with mental health issues, complex needs, and learning disabilities to live their best possible life.

You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors. Have knowledge of CQC requirements and best practice with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including families, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Manager with CQC registration.
  • Experience in residential or supported living settings.
  • Multi-site management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.
