This role is essential in delivering a high-quality service to our clients, including Hirers, Suppliers, and Brokers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of client needs and strive to exceed expectations while providing consistent support to the Sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process financial applications and agreements throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal and external clients.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and clients to facilitate smooth onboarding and agreement setup, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide timely updates to clients and relevant stakeholders as necessary.
Client Support Duties:
- Assist Sales and clients with the processing of new proposals, including conducting anti-money laundering checks, credit assessments, and asset verification.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email and phone.
- Handle various requests, such as settlement quotes, agreement modifications, payment processing, refunds, and updates to account details.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Address client complaints in accordance with established policies.
- Adhere to all Governance and Compliance requirements, ensuring that all necessary reporting and review activities meet regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Possess GCSE Level Mathematics and English or equivalent qualifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly in operational or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with the Asset Finance industry is advantageous.
