Key Responsibilities- People Management: Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of the on-site team, ensuring they meet service delivery standards.
- Community Engagement & Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, review customer satisfaction surveys, and develop action plans to improve year-over-year results.
- Marketing & Lettings: Contribute to marketing strategies, meet income and leasing targets, and implement strategies to minimize void periods.
- Financial & Reporting: Lead annual budget setting, manage development budget targets, and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and additional income streams.
- Building Operations: Oversee maintenance activities, ensure resident requests and preventative maintenance programs are performed according to company standards.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Manage processes for suppliers and contractors, ensure H&S compliance, and conduct risk assessments.
- Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent education
- ARLA or IRPM qualification desirable
- Previous experience in residential property or hotels
- Up-to-date knowledge of English statutory letting requirements
- Experience of working to budgets and targets
- Experience of managing a small team of people
