About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Driver/Transportation Specialist to join our facilities management team at OCS Group.

You will be working Monday to Friday between 07:00 to 16:00, 40 hours per week, ensuring the safe transportation of employees to and from designated work sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Transportation Operations: Safely drive company vehicles to and from designated work sites, adhering to prescribed routes and schedules.
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection: Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Adherence to Traffic Laws and Regulations: Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles, maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Punctuality and Time Management: Adhere to established pick-up and drop-off schedules to ensure employees reach their destinations on time.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers, assisting with boarding and disembarking as needed.

Cleaning and Facilities Maintenance Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that areas are always cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Work safely and in line with site-specific requirements.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.

Requirements for Success:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliability and responsibility with a flexible approach to work.
  • Hold a clean full UK driving license.
