About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Impact Assessment Graduate to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our Impact Assessment Practice Area (IAPA), you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in delivering environmentally sustainable projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary environmental inputs across various infrastructure development projects to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Work with clients and design teams to identify environmental constraints, develop solutions, and deliver benefits.
  • Prepare environmental assessment reports and provide post-planning consent support to projects.

Requirements
  • A relevant first degree and potentially a relevant post-graduate degree.
  • A good understanding of digital solutions for environmental challenges and the ability to help us deliver our digital transformation agenda.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, with a full driving license or access to reliable transport.
  • Ability to work flexibly under pressure, responding to changing project demands.
  • Good communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
