About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Site Manager to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a Technical Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our facilities in Reading, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all facilities management services, including hard and soft services operations.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that service levels are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that our services are always compliant and of the highest quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong background in technical services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management.
