**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join our team at Digisourced. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP solutions for our clients in the transport sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP ECC HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, and SAP UK Payroll.
  • Provide extensive exposure to SAP ECC HCM modules like Personnel Management, Training & Event Management, and Performance Management.
  • Develop and maintain ABAP programs, preferably with hands-on programming experience.
  • Integrate SAP ECC HCM with other SAP products and 3rd party systems using tools like SAP CPI.
  • Participate in at least 4 SAP full lifecycle implementations or system upgrades.
  • Participate in at least 2 rounds of support packs.
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Exposure to SAP technical modules like Basis, Security, SAP PI, and SAP Workflows.
  • Exposure to programming languages like JavaScript and Groovy Script.

Behavioral Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
