About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team at New Chapter Consulting Ltd. As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key accounts in the Soft Drinks category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive availability and secondary placements of the brand across 20 Regional Grocery Groups, influencing over 500 stores with major retailers.
  • Prioritize and manage coverage of key accounts and stores to maximize growth opportunities within your territory.
  • Work closely with field sales agency sales representatives to align store priorities and support Regional Agreements.
  • Plan, forecast, track, and review sales performance and targets for all groups and stores.
  • Maintain and increase availability of brand at Front-of-Store (Chilled) and Back of Store (Ambient) and agree additional placements of the product in store.
  • Increase in-store presence through visibility and awareness of the product through merchandising.
  • Drive compliance of agreed National Head Office Joint Business Plans and identify local promotional opportunities.
  • Execute relevant Point of Sale (POS) and bespoke activations reflecting relevant brand campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales skills and experience in the Grocery channel and major retailers.
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of category and financial insights.
  • Strong ability to utilize and understand category and financial insights.
  • UK manual driving license required.
