Catering Host Opportunity

Spire Nottingham Hospital is seeking an experienced Catering Host to join our dedicated team. As a Catering Host, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring they receive a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver meals and beverages to patients' rooms, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from patients, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the catering and housekeeping teams with day-to-day duties, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Work on a rota basis across Monday to Sunday, adapting to changing demands.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in catering or hospitality, ideally in a restaurant or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, maintaining a positive attitude and adapting to changing situations.
