The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely dispatch of product samples to meet customer requirements.
  • Verifying orders to ensure that customers receive materials according to approved specifications.
  • Maintaining clear communication with customers and suppliers throughout the process.
  • Actively seeking and recording feedback on samples from customers.
  • Adhering to company Food Safety and Quality procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Following Health and Safety policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assisting the Quality Manager with various tasks and projects to support the quality team.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Completing customer documentation as required to maintain accurate records.
  • Managing batch allocations and updating batch/customer attributes in Sage to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Maintaining sample records and updating them daily to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Collaborating closely with the Technical Team to ensure all products meet Food Safety standards.
  • Ensuring all samples are well-packed and presented to arrive in excellent condition.
  • Preparing samples for laboratory testing and inputting required data into online systems.
  • Conducting sampling and organoleptic inspections of incoming goods to ensure they meet specifications.
