We're seeking a Sales Assistant - Customer Advisor to join our team at Outdoor and Cycle Concepts, a leading outdoor retailer with a passion for sustainability and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium and inclusive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Model the company values, taking pride in your store and working collectively to create an outstanding customer experience.
  • Participate in training opportunities to develop and maintain your product knowledge and build on your existing skills.
  • Maintain an excellent shopping and working environment by adhering to shop and stockroom standards.
  • Identify opportunities for add-on sales and contribute to the growth of our business.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary of £11.68 per hour (£9.47 for under 21's).
  • A bonus of up to £750 per annum (in proportion with hours worked).
  • 40-60% discount across our range of products.
  • Up to 33 days holiday (in proportion with hours worked) with the option to purchase additional holiday.
