Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cladding Site Manager to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a Cladding Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering external refurbishment programs to tenanted properties within the Brent area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Control the overall direction and maintain financial control of the contract.
- Client Liaison: Work in partnership with the client and client representatives to ensure a high-quality service delivery is provided.
- Cost Control: Manage costs and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Site Administration: Manage and control site administration and staff, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times, conducting regular site inspections and investigations as necessary.
- Programming and Scheduling: Use MS Project to program works and schedule materials, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Subcontractor Management: Chair subcontractor progress meetings and liaise with design teams, client representatives, and consultants as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of delivering similar projects, including external cladding, with a reputable main contractor.
- Proven track record of driving sites through effective management and maintaining site presence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours as required.
