Position Overview:
As a key player in our client's manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for assembling products utilized in underwater technology, including sonar systems and current measurement devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute assembly tasks from PCB level to complete units, adhering to engineering specifications.
  • Interpret wiring diagrams and utilize measuring tools to verify the accuracy of assembled components.
  • Report any discrepancies in specifications or designs to the appropriate channels.
  • Ensure compliance with established Quality System protocols and strive to meet production timelines.
  • Document nonconformance and observation reports as required, maintaining effective communication with various departments to resolve assembly challenges.
  • Collaborate with fellow assembly personnel to assist in completing specific tasks when necessary.
  • Adhere to administrative procedures within the Manufacturing Department and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize company IT systems, including the ERP platform, for daily operational tasks such as inventory checks and part inquiries.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing assembly role, with skills in soldering and crimping.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate production tools such as soldering irons and crimping devices.
  • Competence in IT applications.
  • Experience with surface mount technology is a plus.
