Construction Planner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Planner to join our Project Delivery team in York. As a key member of our team, you will provide professional construction programming support to win and deliver building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop integrated programmes to support work-winning activities and live projects.
  2. Conduct site visits to monitor and report progress of construction programmes.
  3. Interrogate progress information to ensure accurate reporting.
  4. Analyse critical paths and key milestones to advise Project Managers on risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:

Tier 1 construction experience with a strong understanding of project lifecycle is essential. A driving license is required for site visits across the UK.
