About the Role

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Surrey. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on high-end residential projects, commercial buildings, and retail outlets across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a construction-related field and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and managing packages, sub-contractors, and clients.

We offer a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a company with 30 years of experience in the industry. Less experienced candidates will receive 2-3 months of training in our head office.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver projects from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process to completion and final accounts.
  2. Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in managing packages and sub-contractors.
  3. Manage site meetings and ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
  1. Degree in a construction-related field.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  4. Fully valid UK driving license.
