Clear Links Support Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate One-to-One Study Skills Specialist to support students with Specific Learning Differences (SpLD) at the University of Surrey.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a One-to-One Study Skills Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with students to develop their study skills and strategies, enabling them to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide one-to-one support to students with SpLD, tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of each student.
  2. Develop and implement effective study skills strategies, promoting independence and confidence in students.
  3. Collaborate with the University of Surrey's academic staff to ensure seamless support for students.
  4. Contribute to the development of our support services, sharing best practices and expertise with the team.
  5. Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies in SpLD support.
