POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This role is designed for individuals who possess strong computer skills and a keen eye for detail.
This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be tasked with:
- Accurately reviewing digital documents in alignment with the quality assurance guidelines, focusing on content accuracy, color fidelity, and print readiness.
- Editing and proofreading materials, making necessary corrections to ensure clarity and precision.
- Verifying that all documents adhere to the client's established corporate standards and stylistic preferences.
- Assessing images and graphics to ensure they meet the client's color specifications.
- Ensuring that all files comply with the printer's technical requirements, including dimensions, line thickness, and barcode specifications.
- Demonstrating proficiency in essential software tools, including Acrobat and Automation Engine, while utilizing these systems effectively.
- Staying informed about all master guidelines relevant to your assigned client and maintaining a working knowledge of other clients.
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Exhibiting strong brand awareness and actively supporting the artwork department in achieving consistency across all projects.
- Meeting all deadlines set for your assigned client in collaboration with the Production Manager.
- Engaging actively in team initiatives to enhance communication and strive for a 'right first time' approach.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED
