About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer to join our team at the BCNO Group. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, with a focus on Obstetrics/Gynae.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver effective and structured teaching and learning frameworks for students, consistent with the agreed syllabus and teaching and learning strategy.
  • Design and produce high-quality learning resources in accordance with the BCNO Group learning strategy, to support and enhance the learning experience of students.
  • Critically engage with current discourse in the subject area, citing relevant published source materials to complement teaching sessions.
  • Use a range of teaching and learning methods to reflect the content, accommodate students' different learning styles, and support the development of a critically reflective approach in students.
  • Ensure that all teaching materials and resources comply with BCNO Group branding guidelines.
Requirements
  • Experience as a registered Dermatologist, ideally with teaching experience.
  • Teaching experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Obstetrics/Gynae experience: 2 years (required)
