Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing Assistant Manager to play a leading role in the success of our team by supporting the Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional with a flair for beauty and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Counter Manager to lead the team, develop sales and customer service strategies, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspirational and authentic customer service

• Coach and mentor Sales Advisors to achieve their full potential

• Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies

• Drive business growth and achieve sales targets

• Manage retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation

Requirements:

• Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service

• Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed

• Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets

• Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation

• Flexible availability across days/hours

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Proof of right to live and work in the country
