Role Summary:
We are in search of a skilled and proactive Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to enhance our team.

The ideal candidate will oversee the electrical components of MEP projects, ensuring effective management from the initial stages through to completion.

This position entails managing projects across various regions, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver superior electrical systems within established timelines and budgetary constraints.


Project Management and Coordination:

  • Create detailed project plans that encompass timelines, financial budgets, and resource distribution.
  • Collaborate with fellow project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth integration of electrical systems with overall project objectives.
Serve as the main liaison for clients concerning electrical project elements.

  • Provide consistent project updates and promptly address client inquiries or concerns.
Inspire and lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, promoting a collaborative and high-achieving work culture.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination within the electrical team and across other project disciplines.

Financial Oversight:

  • Track project budgets, expenditures, and financial outcomes to guarantee projects are completed within financial limits.
  • Identify and apply cost-reduction strategies without sacrificing quality.

Quality Control:

  • Establish and uphold quality assurance protocols to ensure electrical systems comply with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to assess work progress and resolve any emerging issues.

Risk Assessment:

  • Recognize potential risks and formulate strategies to mitigate them.
  • Proactively manage issues that could affect project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure all electrical work adheres to applicable industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Work alongside regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals for electrical installations.
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager in the MEP sector.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management tools.
  • PMP or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

Location:
Flexible travel to project sites as required.
