Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our new branch in Fort William. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and customer-focused environment that drives sales and delivers great results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective store layouts and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage cash and stock accurately
