About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Reiss in Manchester Shambles store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting our 'fulfil from store' delivery service, and contributing to the overall success of our business during our important Christmas and Sales periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to customers in store, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Pick stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Pack stock carefully to send out to customers, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our brand values and products to customers and colleagues
