Job Summary:

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its established team. The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of architectural projects across various sectors, including education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop strong technical skills with essential proficiency in Revit
  • Work closely with senior team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
  • Engage with clients and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company

Requirements:

  • RIBA Part 1 and 2 degree
  • Strong design flare and technical abilities
  • Relevant project experience in a UK-based practice
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to embrace innovative approaches
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet project deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
