About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Lawyer to join our team at Ward & Rider Ltd. As a Family Law Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of private client family matters, including divorce, cohabitation disputes, Children Act matters, separation, and financial matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client family law, with a consistent billing history and excellent technical skills. You will be expected to provide expert advice to clients, manage their cases, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Family Lawyer to join a progressive and supportive team. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of cases, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload of private client family matters, including divorce, cohabitation disputes, Children Act matters, separation, and financial matters.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on family law matters, including divorce, separation, and financial disputes.
  • Manage client relationships, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensure that clients receive excellent service.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that cases are managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and ensure that your skills and knowledge are current.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' PQE in private client family law.
  • Strong background in private client family law, with a consistent billing history.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of family law.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
