Job Title: Maintenance Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed inspections of machines to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance schedules.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a maintenance planning or related role.
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment maintenance principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
