Commercial Conveyancer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at 2M Legal. As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property matters, including property sales, purchases, and lease negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining a strong client portfolio, providing expert advice and guidance on commercial property matters.
• Assisting clients with property sales, purchases, and lease negotiations, ensuring smooth and cost-effective transactions.
• Securing option agreements and conditional contracts for land development projects, working closely with clients to achieve their goals.
• Providing expert advice on property law, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and property disputes.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
• Strong knowledge of property law and regulations, including the Landlord and Tenant Act and the Law of Property Act.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
