Role Overview:
This position involves adhering to established protocols and systems to ensure the integrity and uniformity of data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, oversight, and management of financial forecasts and budgets for designated projects, including change management.
  • Support system analysis and performance evaluation of actual spending and outcomes, including necessary accruals.
  • Uphold and advocate for high personal standards in environmental, health, safety, security, and quality practices while being an effective team collaborator.

Contribute to detailed Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) variance assessments and root cause evaluations, including input for narrative reports, recommendations, and recovery strategies in line with monthly reporting deadlines.


  • Assist in the development of the Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and aid in the preparation of cost analyses using historical data, providing insights for benchmarking to meet specific requirements.
  • Support trend analysis to inform the Project Manager based on current performance and identify emerging patterns to guide recommendations.
  • Evaluate workforce productivity and time allocations to projects, including resource utilization, and provide recommendations to the Project Manager.
