We are seeking a qualified Swim Teacher to join our team at Aura De Paul. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for inspiring people with your passion for swimming, ensuring a fun and inclusive learning environment, and maintaining the safety of our customers at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspire people with your passion for swimming
- Ensure a fun and inclusive learning environment
- Teach all abilities and ages to swim
- Maintain safety of our customers at all times
- Give valuable feedback to learners to help them develop their skills
- Display a commitment to our vision, purpose, and values
- Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude
- Swim Teacher qualification Level I or Level II required
- A positive attitude and a genuine focus on teamwork
- A passion for teaching people how to swim
- Previous experience working as a Swim Teacher is an advantage
- Committed and consistent availability to work flexible hours/days
- Fluent English is required
