Job Title: Crew Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team at McCormick & Company. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production staff and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership and manufacturing experience.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and SAP or other enterprise resource planning tools.
