About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Team Member. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are available to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away
- Ensure all stock is presented in a visually appealing manner and placed on sales floors or in stockrooms correctly
- Maintain operational areas of the store in a clean, tidy, and organized state
- Provide fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed
- Work collaboratively with the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers
About You:
- You are a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even in busy situations
- You are accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail
- You take pride in your work and approach tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm
- You are happy to work independently and keep yourself busy
- You are flexible, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile for your team and customers
- You enjoy taking control of your own development and growth
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level not being met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
