Job Title: Health and Social Care Tutor

We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Tutor to join our team at Rutledge Group. As a Health and Social Care Tutor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students studying for qualifications in Health and Social Care. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, facilitate hands-on learning experiences, and foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality education and training to students studying for qualifications in Health and Social Care
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cover crucial areas such as patient care, ethical considerations, and community engagement
  • Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that prepare students for the challenges of the healthcare field
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and empathy
  • Work closely with our team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our students
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care discipline
  • 2+ years' experience working in the Health and Social Care Industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full clean driving licence and access to transport
  • Achievement of A1 Assessors Award (Desirable)
  • Teaching Qualification - Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Teaching (Desirable)
