Health and Social Care Educator

We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Tutor to join our team at Rutledge Group. As a Health and Social Care Tutor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students studying for qualifications in Health and Social Care. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, facilitate hands-on learning experiences, and foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality education and training to students studying for qualifications in Health and Social Care
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that cover crucial areas such as patient care, ethical considerations, and community engagement
- Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that prepare students for the challenges of the healthcare field
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and empathy
- Work closely with our team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our students
- Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care discipline
- 2+ years' experience working in the Health and Social Care Industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full clean driving licence and access to transport
- Achievement of A1 Assessors Award (Desirable)
- Teaching Qualification - Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Teaching (Desirable)
- Competitive salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum
