Job Title: Onsite IT Support Tech Analyst

Job Summary:

NTT DATA Services is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team working onsite with a major client based in Rotherham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware and software across the sites, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. This role requires a combination of technical skills and excellent customer service skills to deliver a high level of support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software across the sites, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Install, maintain, and optimize desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
  • Perform maintenance and repair services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance.
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Windows operating system environment.
  • Break Fix IT Support, Desk Side Support, and Install, Move, Add Change (IMAC) experience.
  • Strong customer interaction skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of diagnosis tools and processes.
  • A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
