Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Engineer with expertise in Android development. This role involves creating and enhancing native applications using Kotlin and Java. The position offers a hybrid working model, requiring initial in-office attendance.

Compensation: Competitive salary of £50,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses.

Team Structure:

You will collaborate closely with a dedicated internal development team, which consists of approximately 30 professionals, including developers, analysts, product engineers, support staff, DevOps, and marketing experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop native Android applications.
  • Implement software solutions based on provided technical and functional specifications.
  • Enhance existing software by integrating new features and updates.
  • Conduct thorough testing to identify and rectify any software errors prior to deployment.
  • Address any identified issues promptly and efficiently.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in Java and Kotlin for mobile application development.
  • Familiarity with Xamarin is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Proficient in using Git for version control.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
