Join Our Team as a Nursery Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, secure, and fun environment for children to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily activities and routines of the nursery, ensuring the well-being and happiness of the children.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and educational activities that promote the children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the nursery.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized nursery environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
  • A sense of humor and the ability to work effectively in a team.
