Job Title:

Graduate Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Graduate Analyst to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a Graduate Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our operations team by providing data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain financial models and analysis to support business strategy
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  3. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and cost reduction
  4. Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and data science
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2:1 in a maths / Economics / Accounts & Finance / Business
  2. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Excel
  3. Highly Proficient in SQL is an advantage
  4. Clear, logical analytical approach to problem-solving
  5. Detail / accuracy focussed but also able to see the bigger picture
  6. Ability to investigate data, find trends, forecast performance and provide insightful recommendations
  7. Results and solutions oriented, focused on delivery and process improvement
  8. Ability to work both autonomously and with a team
  9. Enthusiastic self-starter
  10. Innovative but structured thinker
  11. Adaptable to change
