Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Tripod Partners. As an Assessment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development of children and young people in Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive educational assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in children and young people.
  • Develop and implement personalized intervention strategies to address learning difficulties, emotional wellbeing, and behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with schools, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support and coordination.
  • Participate in multi-agency meetings to contribute your psychological expertise and inform decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments and interventions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Educational Psychologist with a strong background in assessment and intervention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to conduct assessments remotely or in-person, as required.
