Psychology Graduate Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SENCO Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner who has experience of supporting children or vulnerable adults with their mental health.
The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCO to provide support to individual and small groups of children, liaising with class teachers and outside agencies as needed. The role will involve delivering 1:1 sessions, both in the classroom and intervention classrooms, and building excellent relationships with children and families.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, resilient, and confident in their ability to liaise with staff members at all levels. They will have a good understanding of each individual child's needs and be committed to inclusion.
The working hours will be 8:45-15:30 each day, with some flexibility to accommodate staff meetings. The rate of pay is competitive, ranging from £350-£450 per week.
To be considered for this role, you must be qualified up to Degree level and have a strong understanding of child mental health and wellbeing. We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training, as well as full assistance with DBS checks.
