Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Lead Construction Supervisor to become part of a prominent main contractor based in London. This organization has been a key player in the industry for over two decades, showcasing a robust focus on projects and client relationships.

Additionally, they possess significant experience in the restoration and conservation of historic structures.

Key Responsibilities:
The Lead Construction Supervisor will be responsible for:
  • Acting as the second-in-command on-site, managing projects valued between £5 million and £60 million across commercial, retail, and residential sectors.
  • Leading a team of site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring the project is executed from inception to completion.
  • Engaging actively in the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) process.
  • Maintaining a strong emphasis on Design, Quality Assurance, and Health & Safety standards.

Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, overseeing projects of similar scale within the commercial, retail, or residential sectors.
  • A solid background in high-end finishes, cut and carve techniques, and heritage projects.
  • Experience with two-stage tendering and the PCSA process.
  • Preferably, a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
