Job Title: House Manager and Maintenance Couple

Job Type: Part-time

Location: Oxfordshire

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced couple to join our team as a House Manager and Maintenance couple for our private residence in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in private service, excellent references, and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day smooth running of the house, including cleaning, laundry, and flower arranging.
  • Assist with pool maintenance and general estate work.
  • Occasionally drive for airport/station runs and care for dogs.
  • Prepare dinner party-standard meals for entertaining guests.

Requirements:

  • High-calibre couple with a good track record in private service.
  • Excellent references and a strong professional background.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional longer hours when principals are in residence.
  • Ability to travel to Switzerland during ski season to look after our chalet.

Benefits:

  • 2-bedroom apartment provided as staff accommodation.
  • Excellent salary negotiable for exceptional candidates around £80,000 gross per annum.
