About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and reputable law firm as a Legal Executive (Litigation). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of litigation cases, including commercial, civil, and property matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of litigation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Assist the senior partner in overseeing case administration and preparation, including conducting legal research and drafting documents.
  • Represent the firm at court hearings, communicating efficiently with clients, legal counsel, and involved parties.
  • Stay up-to-date with current laws and procedures related to the cases, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • CILEx qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in handling a variety of litigation cases.
  • Ability to assist senior partner in overseeing case organisation and preparation, particularly for early PQE candidates.
  • Strong research and drafting skills, with the ability to represent the firm at court proceedings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships with clients, legal counsel, and other involved parties.
  • Ability to stay informed about current laws and protocols relevant to the cases being managed.
What We Offer

The successful candidate will be entitled to a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment will be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
